Bright and early on Monday morning all terrain vehicles are parked beneath Crook Hall
Steve, Adam and the mole ploughs are parked in Dave Foster's fields below Crook Hall. The big question is do they dig East to Whinpot or North to Memorial Hall.....
Thankfully for the Crook Project David Foster is up early, with all of the route 1 information at his finger tips and in discussion with the team - after a chat on on way-leaves, goats and the like the decision is taken to dig the easterly splay to Whinpot.
Meanwhile at the Memorial Hall, the concrete base for the chamber is setting...
and the ducts are ready and waiting to be connected.
Fingers crossed Steve and Adam could dig all the way to the Hall by Friday.
