What a Week .... on the Crook B4RN Project! πŸ‘πŸ‘ 🌞🌞

Route 2, 4 & 6
B4RN and contractors are active on these three routes, laying ducts and doing road crossings. These crews were spotted in Crook, digging duct under the road to connect with Gravel House

Site Assessments are well underway and the volunteer dig team have been helping out B4RN contractors, laying ducts across gardens and fitting the wall boxes.

Monday - Milldam being fitted by B4RN contractors Sid and Adam. Great guys doing a fab job.

Tuesday - volunteer duct diggers Jerry, Boyd, Peter, Chris and Pippa out in the sun at Wee Cottages Garden digging and filling a very straight trench πŸ‘

Wednesday - Volunteer fit team at Crook Church

the church has very thick walls (1.2m) and is waiting

and the cabinet at the Memorial Hall on the way to being connected with an electricity supply

Route 3 and 5
Site Assessments have also started on these final two routes and will be next on the list for the duct contractors.

And a quick reminder on Route 1 & Head End.
Build is complete. All ducting and properties have been installed with B4RN equipment and fibre has been blown to all the properties.
Next steps will be visits from B4RN's splicing and connection teams, after which it will go live. B4RN will then contact each property to arrange an appointment to connect up the router to Gigabit broadband!
